Frequently asked questions
Who can register?
Publishing houses and authors. A house registers through an authorised representative with their name, email and phone; authors register themselves through the author form.
Can authors register themselves?
Yes. Authors register through the sign-up link their house shares, or pick the house from the list on the “Register as an author” form; the house reviews the request, activates the account, and the author only ever sees what the house shares with them.
What happens after I submit?
You receive an email with your reference, then our team reviews the details and gets in touch. On approval your house’s workspace is created and you receive the activation email.
Can I sign in before approval?
No. A request is not an account: the account is created only on approval, and you then sign in with the email and password you chose.
Who decides what my account can do?
The house owner holds every permission inside their house’s workspace, and adds their team and authors and decides each one’s role themselves.
Is my data safe?
Your password is stored encrypted and nobody can read it, every action on your request is logged, and your details are used only to review the request and contact you.
Is the platform available in English?
Yes. The interface is complete in Arabic and English, and you can switch at any time.
